John L. Scott Sunset Corridor holds annual client appreciation event

John L. Scott Sunset Corridor brokers gather for a photo at their annual client appreciation holiday party.

Santa took time out of his busy schedule to stop by the Beaverton Sunset Corridor John L. Scott office for the fourth year in a row. Children could be found riding the four ponies outside in the pony carousel, coloring inside at the crafts table, enjoying hot apple cider and holiday treats, in addition to the main event of getting their picture taken with Santa. Sunset Corridor brokers greeted their clients and visited with them, enjoying all the activities of the day.

This Client Appreciation Holiday Party has become an annual tradition for many of the Beaverton John L. Scott brokers to reach out to their clients in a meaningful way. It’s an opportunity not only to connect to their current and past clients, but also to provide a unique service. Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles alike, can bring their little ones in to see Santa and get free professional photos taken. This year, Santa even brought small gifts to hand out to the children.

This event is also an opportunity to give back to the community with a holiday food drive, which was promoted with the event. Brokers and clients brought in more than 170 pounds of food for the Oregon Food Bank.
