Scott broker associates and VP of Business Strategy Jennifer Lind attended Legislative Hill Day in Olympia last week to participate in the legislative process, and help ensure your voice and the needs of the industry are represented! One of the biggest take-aways from the two-day session, Jan. 17-18, was the Legislature’s approval of SB 6091 to fix the State Supreme Court’s Hirst Growth Management Act decision regarding water availability for new private wells.
