John L. Scott’s Alyssa Balkcom was recently honored with the LeadingRE Coordinator of the Year award at the annual Network Recognition Awards event. This peer-voted award recognizes one U.S. referral coordinator who delivers exceptional customer service, is skilled at problem-solving, and has a mastery of referral policies and procedures.

Alyssa Balkcom, who joined JLS just over a year and a half ago, is the Referral Coordinator for our relocation department. In this role, she assists with inbound and outbound referrals, liaising directly with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE).
