On Thursday, Dec. 16, radio hosts Jodi Brothers and Bender went live on 95.7 The Jet for Bender’s 19th Annual One Big Give for Seattle Children’s Radiothon. The John L. Scott Foundation was the presenting sponsor of this 13-hour event, which raised a total of $371,116 for children’s healthcare!
This fundraising total, which included a matching donation of $35,000 from the John L. Scott Foundation, beat last year’s fundraising total by more than $100,000. A group of volunteers from John L. Scott Kent North, Bellevue-Main and the Service Center came out to answer phones and input pledges from listeners at the successful event.
