After 15 years as Office Leader of John L. Scott Redmond, Mona Spencer will be stepping down and joining John L. Scott’s affiliate team as a Leadership Development Business Coach. Her focus will be on coaching current franchise owners and leaders on best practices for recruiting, guiding their brokers to productivity, sharing support team best practices, running excellent sales and training meetings, and on-boarding new franchise owners. Mona will also help instill the culture of Living Life as a Contribution for affiliate leaders and their offices.

Taking Mona’s place as the John L. Scott Redmond Office Leader is Dan Wingard, who brings a varied background of more than two decades in the real estate industry to his new position. Dan’s previous roles include real estate broker, investor, flipper, office owner and productivity consultant. During this transitional time, Mona and Dan have been working closely together to ensure the transition is smooth and successful.

“I’ll still be working out of the Redmond office in my new role, and during this transitional time both Dan and I have really developed a great partnership,” said Mona.

Dan agreed, noting he’s been impressed with the “heart of the Redmond office,” and said he’s looking forward to building on the positive momentum that’s been established over the years.
