Kitsap County real estate market heads toward fall cooldown

While the Kitsap County market was on fire earlier this year throughout the spring and summer, September brought fewer listings and highlighted the beginning of a fall cooldown. Now, buyers do not have all of the options that they want, and with increased prices that is also driving potential buyers to Mason County. John L. Scott Real Estate Belfair designated broker and co-owner Kris Klusman says, “I would say probably eight out of every 10 buyers above the $250,000 price point is coming from Kitsap.”
