Jackson County homes are selling briskly

Slowly but surely, real estate sales are picking up in Southern Oregon. The pace of sales picked up nearly 11% in recent weeks, and according to John L. Scott Real Estate | Medford broker Terry Rasmussen, “I’m getting sales across the board in about every price range…things are going pretty quickly right now.” The speed of sales aren’t the only thing picking up in the Southern Oregon real estate market right now. On the last day of September, local inventory was 5.3% larger than it was in 2016.
