Did you know that most homeowners check the value of their home in the Spring? National Home Valuation Week is a great opportunity to engage with homeowners at the right time to optimize listing opportunities.
Here’s how to promote your home valuation page: Post on social media using #NHVW to connect with your sphere. Send an email campaign through Engage to connect with your relationship database (Email Campaigns > Buyside – Home Valuation). Boost ad templates across Facebook, Instagram and the web to connect with local sellers and database contacts.
Gift Cards will be awarded to the top three agents with the highest number of valuation attempts, the highest number of monthly report subscriptions, and the highest number of BMAs. The first-place winner will receive a $200 gift card, the second-place winner will receive a $100 gift card, and the third-place winner a $50 gift card.
