Pam McCain, a broker in the John L. Scott Covington-Kent-Maple Valley office, was recently recognized as the Q3 Good Neighbor recipient by Seattle King County REALTORS® for her volunteer efforts with the Black Diamond Community Center, serving seniors and low-income families in the Black Diamond area. Pam collects items such as furniture and clothing for people in need and offers administrative and property management services.
As the quarterly winner of the Good Neighbor award, Pam received a $500 check for the Black Diamond Community Center and is eligible for consideration to be the Annual Good Neighbor Award winner at the end of the year.
