The Alliance was launched in June 2020 by leading members of the real estate industry, when influential real estate professionals and allies, including the National Association of Realtors® joined with other members of the LGBTQ+ community to create a new voice in real estate.
The Alliance advocates on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community on a variety of home-related topics. A 501(c)6 non-profit, it also provides its members with a variety of learning and business opportunities through events, education, networking and local board chapters. Supporting more than 3,000 members, Alliance is enhancing Realtor® professionals lives, while providing consumers with resources to assist in buying, selling, and enjoying their home with fair housing and equal treatment.
