We always want to dispatch an in-network Independent Service Provider to complete covered repairs or replacements. Our network, as much as we try, is still not all-inclusive for every trade, in every town, across the nation. For that reason, we may authorize our Plan Holders to contact an independent out-of-network contractor directly to obtain service.
