After learning that the John L. Scott office in Redmond would have to move because the complex was slated to be torn down, it was time to find a new home for the more than 60 brokers and staff members who call the office home base.
“After over 25 years in the Cleveland Square Redmond location, with me being there for 15 of those years, our complex was sold and we had to find a new home,” said previous office leader Mona Spencer, who is now serving as a leadership development business coach with John L. Scott affiliates. “We were very fortunate to find a wonderful ground-floor location in the heart of Redmond Town Center, a shopping center in downtown Redmond. The process of designing the new space was a truly collaborative project between myself and Jon Hunter, Beth Anne Caldwell and Lia Greenwood. With Dan’s leadership, John L. Scott Redmond will grow and thrive in their beautiful new home serving the community.”
The Redmond Town Center has seen some interesting developments over the last few years, including an announcement this past summer that Amazon will be moving in as a new tenant. Office leader Dan Wingard said the new office’s close proximity provides great visibility, even as real estate services are increasingly virtual.
“In this new location we are at the heart of Redmond, reaching out to the business owners around us to see how we can promote and add value to their businesses,” said Dan Wingard. “The space has a fresh new modern look and is welcoming for the public and our brokers! Right now it’s safety first, but we hope to be in full swing soon.”
