John L. Scott Scappoose agent wins award from CCBR

John L. Scott Scappoose broker Linda Bolen celebrates her recent award win with her licensed assistant and life partner, Clair Clopton.

Linda Bolen, a broker with John L. Scott’s Scappoose office, recently was honored by the Columbia County Board of REALTORS (CCBR) for their annual Community Service Award! This award recognizes community volunteer work, and last year’s recipient of the award, Peggy Howell, is also a member of the Scappoose John L. Scott office.

“[Linda] has an enormous heart, and time and again I have witnessed her give of herself or share with others what she has worked hard for,” said Wendy Bolen, Linda’s daughter and former licensed assistant. “She does not do this for recognition but for the joy it provides her with each blessing whether big or small. I can’t tell you how proud we are of her because there are truly no adequate words to describe those feelings, but I am so thankful and excited she received this year’s Community Service Award.”
