The John L. Scott Bothell office began getting involved with the local nonprofit Threads & Treads in early October after hearing about their mission of helping out families in the Northshore School District. Threads & Treads collects clothing donations of all sorts – from formal wear, sports gear, business attire, or casual clothing; volunteers sort through donated items to ready them for a “store” the organization operates. Families in the Northshore School District can stop by the “store” every month to shop for up to three outfits per family member at no charge to them.

Recently, John L. Scott Bothell brokers and staff collected 21 bags of clothing that was donated to Threads & Treads! A handful of Bothell team members assisted with delivering the donated items, as well as sorting them and preparing them for “shopping.”
