John L. Scott chairman & CEO J. Lennox Scott chatted about the local housing market at the Rotary Club of Seattle’s luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Lennox’s speech was around the theme “Residential Housing Market: The Correction, The Recovery and What’s Next?”. During his speech, Lennox went into the fundamentals of the residential housing market, addressing current market conditions as well as what is to come in the local residential real estate market.
Of thousands of Rotary clubs across the world today, Seattle ranks fourth by membership. The organization is comprised of business leaders throughout the Seattle area, focused on “Service Above Self.”
