Longtime John L. Scott broker Paul Balzotti purchases Bellingham office
John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. announces the Bellingham office will join the network of 75 affiliate offices. The Bellingham office was previously a company-owned office, and officially transitions into an affiliate John L. Scott office on Feb. 1, 2019.
John L. Scott broker Paul Balzotti will be the new owner of the Bellingham franchise, and brings more than 15 years of experience as a John L. Scott Bellingham broker associate to the role. Balzotti plans to continue selling real estate, while working to help support brokers with new sales training, tools and networking opportunities.
Previous Office Leader and Branch Manager, Darin Stenvers will remain as the designated managing broker and office manager, and will continue to work closely with Balzotti. The John L. Scott Bellingham office will remain at 2930 Newmarket Street, #111 in Bellingham.

The move from a company-owned office to an affiliate office made sense because of Paul’s personal commitment to the growing Bellingham community of residents and businesses, said Howard Chung, the Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations for John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.

This new John L. Scott affiliate office is one of many local expansions the company has seen in the last few years. Balzotti aims to grow the office in 2019 through the addition of both new brokers and seasoned professionals in the Bellingham area.
