Buyers in Kitsap County are getting relief after years of stiff competition

Potential home buyers in Kitsap County are finally starting to get a reprieve from years of stiff competition.

“We’re not anywhere close to a buyer’s market yet,” Wilson said. “We’re still in seller’s territory, but not as deep as we have been in the past.”
