As you read in last week’s Partner Connection article, John L. Scott Real Estate is recognized as being in the Top 20 Real Estate Brands in the nation according to the Swanepoel Mega 1000, a new inclusive ranking of real estate brokerages by sales volume.
Upon closer examination of the numbers, Chairman and CEO J. Lennox Scott is proud to share the following: “Within the top 20 list for residential real estate holding companies, we’re fourth for the number of transactions per agent. While we may not be the largest company, we’re definitely one of the most productive and have one of the best sales teams in the country.”
