One of the tenets of Ultimate Client Relationship® is that we care for our clients. While that’s obvious for those whom we are in deep relationship with, for those who we just met, such as those at an open house, it is not so obvious. The temptation to treat a guest at an open house like a potential transaction is a real one. If we treat those guests like a transaction, we stand a good chance at being treated like a commodity.
