On Tuesday, April 22, Covington-Kent-Maple Valley brokers Ankie Stroes, Darren Parsons, and Simona Saint, along with Office Leader Christie Nelson and Office Administrator Robin Alexander prepared dinner for families staying at the Seattle Ronald McDonald House. Together, the team made cheeseburger and vegetarian sliders with lettuce, tomato and special sauce, which they packaged up with watermelon cubes and rice krispies treats into meal boxes.
The volunteers had a great time and are looking forward to doing it again in November.
