John L. Scott recently welcomed two new office leaders: Jacob Hailey in the Central Oregon office and Christie Nelson in Covington/Kent/Maple Valley. Jacob joined the John L. Scott Portland NE office as a broker in 2016 and became Sales Manager in 2021. In that time, he formed a passion for mentorship and empowering other brokers to grow their business so when the opportunity presented itself to move his family to Bend, Oregon and step into this role, he said it just felt right.
“I love seeing people succeed and I’m really looking forward to creating a positive, collaborative environment within our office,” he said. Jacob was a mortgage lender for nine years and then he dedicated one year to giving back to his place of worship before joining John L. Scott.
Christie joined the John L. Scott Kent North office as a new broker in 2017 and she acquired her managing broker’s license in 2021. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for innovation to this new role. Christie is passionate about growth, mentoring agents, and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
