John L. Scott Portland South broker Keaton Bankofier was recently recognized as one of RISMedia’s second annual Real Estate Rookie of the Year winners as honoree for the Western region.
According to RISMedia, the five regional winners – hailing from the Midwest, Northeast, South, Southeast and West – were chosen from hundreds of nominations made through an online nomination process earlier this year. The regional candidates, along with the national Real Estate Rookie of the Year winner, received their awards during RISMedia’s Power Broker Reception and Dinner on Tuesday, November 14 in Anaheim, CA.
A profile of Keaton in RISMedia’s Dec. 4 issue highlights his commitment to providing value to his clients and his belief that it is something he should continuously improve upon. “If you can provide more value, then it gains your business trust, loyalty and long-term relationships,” Keaton states in the article.
Keaton also recognizes the importance of learning from those around him. “I make it a daily goal to acquire new knowledge, and this continuous learning has started to add up,” he says. “Achieving success in real estate is a collective effort, and I’m deeply grateful for all the individuals who have supported me along the way.”
