Sam Mansour of John L. Scott Lynnwood Center is passionate about caring for his buyers and sellers. He knows communication is the cornerstone of a positive client experience. One of Sam’s services is providing his clients with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters. Sam learned about sign language from Pam Hurst, a fellow John L. Scott broker who introduced him to the local ASL community.
She is fluent in ASL and together, they provide the support needed to ensure deaf clients have proper representation and a safe and successful real estate experience.
Sam shared that trust is established with his deaf clients through eye contact, body language, and the energy shared during the interpreting process. Clients can count on Sam and his expert team to guide and communicate the home buying and selling process.
ASL is the natural language that serves as the predominant sign language of deaf communities in the United States. There are over 200 different sign languages in the world.
