We are incredibly proud of John L. Scott Bellingham owner Paul Balzotti who received the 2022 Whatcom County REALTOR® of the Year award last week.
Paul began his real estate career at John L. Scott Bellingham in 2003 until he became owner in 2019. Real estate has always been a part of his family – his father owned Balzotti Real Estate when he was growing up in Seattle. His stepfather later ran the John L. Scott Monroe office when he was in high school.
His focus is to grow as a person and realtor, providing the absolute best service to his brokers, clients, and office. Paul also works tirelessly in the industry serving organizations and communities. He does this by contributing to the John L. Scott Foundation, running events benefiting domestic violence organizations in Bellingham, and volunteering with Whatcom County Community Helpers, Kulshan Community Land Trust, and Habitat for Humanity.
He serves on the board of directors and leads the communications committee for the Whatcom County Association of REALTORS®. Paul brings passion to raising the bar of real estate in Bellingham and throughout the area.
