The 2022 REALTOR Legal Symposium, put on by Washington REALTORS, is coming up on Tuesday, May 24 at 8:30 a.m. This event gathers leading real estate attorneys in Washington who will share current legal issues affecting the industry and also provide tips to help Washington brokers avoid legal troubles.
John L. Scott General Counsel Andy Mathews will be a guest speaker at the event. He will cover a variety of real-world real legal issues and cautionary tales, including seller financing, intellectual property issues, and how to end a transaction.
The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport in SeaTac. Parking is free at the hotel, and attendees will receive free lunch and 7.5 clock hours for attending.
