The John L. Scott Coeur d’Alene office recently held a successful event to support the Kootenai Humane Society. The Paws for a Cause event on May 20 brought together local animal lovers for a $8 BBQ plate lunch, with all proceeds going toward the society’s fundraiser for a new facility.
Local community members purchased approximately 70 meals, but office administrator Amber Caruth said they received so many other donations that the total funds raised amounted to $1,042! In addition to the fundraiser BBQ, John L. Scott brokers and support staff did a complete yard clean up for the Humane Society – see the amazing transformation in the photo below.
