Washington REALTORS is offering this two-day class free of charge for Washington REALTORS members for Fair Housing Month. The course, which counts for 6 CE clock hours, runs from 9 a.m. to noon on April 14 and 15. John L. Scott Tacoma University Place broker Margo Wheeler Willis will be teaching the class, along with industry colleague Mark Kitabayashi.
The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market. After completing the course, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification which shows they are working with a dynamic real estate professional with experience that transcends cultural barriers. In recognition of Fair Housing Month, NAR has discounted their application fee to $40 (normal application fee is $75). The discounted price will run through May 31, 2021.
