A study from the home services comparison site InMyArea.com rated Bothell as the best city in Washington for working from home. The study, released this month, looked at the affordability and internet access of cities across the country.

According to InMyArea, 99.6% of Bothell residents have access to basic wired internet, while 98.9% have access to high-speed wired internet. The study used Numbeo for housing, rent and cost of living numbers. Numbeo lists the average one-bedroom apartment rent in Bothell as $1,600.

Despite taking the top spot for the state of Washington, Bothell didn’t crack the top 10 for cities of its size. Morristown, Tennessee, and Parkersburg, West Virginia, were rated first and second, respectively, for medium-sized cities.
