On Friday, June 19, Seattle-based KOMO-TV hosted their annual Miracle Makers telethon broadcast, and the event raised $242,889 in pledges and sponsorship! The John L. Scott Foundation was one of the sponsors of the telethon, which benefited the Seattle Children’s Hospital COVID-19 Greatest Needs Fund.

This year, the two-hour broadcast was fully pre-recorded with a remote phone bank, providing for the opportunity to maintain this fundraiser while keeping volunteers, Children’s staff and the crew at KOMO safe. In all, 266 people pledged donations (both online and through calls) to support this worthwhile cause.
