Recently, John L. Scott service center staff from departments including res ops, relocation, marketing, IT and more gathered for an all-hands meeting to recap 2019 and preview what’s to come in 2020. John L. Scott COO Phil McBride served as the master of ceremonies for this meeting, beginning first with a reflection back on 2019 accomplishments. After this, he introduced a range of speakers, who shared some exciting developments coming in 2020 that will help our broker associates better serve their clients and grow their business.
The meeting concluded with a celebration of chairman & CEO J. Lennox Scott’s 40th work anniversary! Lennox was surprised with cake and balloons marking the occasion – along with some fun pictures from the last 40 years.
