John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. announces the re-opening of the Snohomish office to the group of affiliate offices. The Snohomish office, which is opening under new ownership, held a grand opening Jan. 10, 2020, in their downtown Snohomish location.
The Snohomish office is opening under a unique model imagined by co-owners Rio Ingram and Greg Erickson – the main building is the new SnoWorks Community Workspace. The John L. Scott Snohomish office will be a tenant of the space, which is shared with SnoWorks, the only coworking space in Snohomish.
Rio Ingram said ultimately, his and Greg’s goal with the John L. Scott Snohomish office is to become deeply ingrained into the local community.
“My team and I personally live in this town, do most of our business here, give back to local charities, events and support local businesses in Snohomish,” said Ingram. “Opening this office allows us to connect to the community on a much deeper level and be more actively involved in Snohomish. We would love to make this town a better place than when we started and hopefully that positive impact will spread to other individuals and local businesses.”
Howard Chung, the Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations for John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., said he’s looking forward to watching the Snohomish affiliate develop.
“Rio Ingram and Greg Erickson have accomplished a lot during their time at John L. Scott, and when talking to them about this new venture, their passion is clear,” said Chung. “Rio and Greg understand what it takes to reach excellence in real estate, and now they are building something great for brokers and the community in Snohomish.”
This new John L. Scott affiliate office is one of many local expansions the company has seen in the last few years. Ingram said the space can easily accommodate up to 50 brokers and said his focus as the owner is ensuring each agent receives the best services, marketing and more from the Snohomish office staff.
The John L. Scott Snohomish office is located in historic downtown Snohomish at 108 Union Ave. The office was purchased and renovated in 2019 and includes features like four private phone booths, a kitchen equipped with cold brew on tap and a Kegerator, flat-screen TVs, modern conference rooms and an event space that can accommodate up to 100 people. The office also has a branded courtesy van that will be free for client use.
