John L. Scott Liberty Lake holds Marilyn’s Walk event

Marilyn’s Walk attendees gather to honor Marilyn Dhaenens and her love for walking. Marilyn was a broker with John L. Scott’s Spokane Valley – Liberty Lake; she passed away last year.

On Saturday, Oct. 19, the City of Liberty Lake and John L. Scott’s Spokane Valley – Liberty Lake office came together to put on a memorial walk to honor Marilyn Dhaenens, a John L. Scott broker who passed away last year. The event was called Marilyn’s Walk, and took place along the same path Marilyn enjoyed every day – starting and finishing at Rocky Hill Park in Liberty Lake.

John L. Scott Liberty Lake office leader Stacy Gregory said the walk was very successful, with about 125-150 people coming out to walk, despite pouring rain. Many attendees donned matching t-shirts on this day dedicated to Marilyn, who touched the hearts of many at John L. Scott and beyond.
