The John L. Scott Medford and Ashland offices are supporting cancer awareness and prevention this October, and kicked off their efforts by donning pink at a recent office meeting. This month, both offices are donating a portion of every closing to support mammograms in Oregon, and brokers are also given the option to match this donation out of their personal closings if they’d like.
Donations will go toward the Sister Therese Kohls Fund, which was established by the Providence Community Health Foundation. This fund provides women in southern Oregon with screening mammograms, including technical reading, additional diagnostic mammograms as needed, and any necessary ultrasounds and follow ups. Some brokers in the offices are also opting to “paint it pink” with their marketing materials this month as well.
