Nick Nordby joins John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates team
John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has brought on Nick Nordby as the company’s Director of Broker Relations. Nordby brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, which is tasked with supporting the needs of brokers in John L. Scott’s 75 franchise offices.
Before joining John L. Scott as the Director of Broker Relations, Nordby worked in the restaurant industry, serving as the Vice President of Business Development for both Salty’s Seafood Group and Pecos Pit Bar-B-Que. Prior to that, Nordby spent seven years at John L. Scott from 2004 until 2011. During this time, he spent two years as Vice President of Affiliate Operations, making him primed for his current role.

Scott has developed so many amazing tools since I last worked at the company,” said Nordby. “I am excited to help the company find new ways to serve our office leaders and brokers through providing tools and resources they can leverage in their businesses. We have a great support foundation for our franchise offices, and my work in collaboration with the John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates team will build on this success.”
In his new role, Nordby will help with strategic initiatives to assist affiliate offices in retention and recruiting. Additionally, he will aid in the development of new programs and systems to drive efficiencies and profitability in affiliate offices.

Nordby has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in marketing/accounting from Walla Walla University. He is a licensed broker and partner in The Nordby-Gephart Group, a multigenerational real estate team out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue-Main office. In his free time, he serves as the Board Chair of the Puget Sound Adventist Academy in Kirkland.
