According to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual list ranking the largest residential real estate firms in the Puget Sound region, John L. Scott comes in second, with $9.08 billion in local residential sales in 2017.
The List ranks residential real estate firms by sales in King, Kitsap, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Firms could include each end of a transaction they represented.

Information on The List was supplied by individual companies through questionnaires and could not be independently verified by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Only those that responded to our inquiries or had reliable information available elsewhere were listed. Century21 and Redfin did not provide information for consideration on The List. In case of ties, companies are listed alphabetically.
