As the days get warmer in Seattle, will the nicer weather cause a “summer slowdown” in the current housing market?

John L. Scott broker Nelya Calev [out of Bellevue Main] spoke to Tatevik Aprikyan of Q13 Fox about the upcoming summer season and what to expect. She says that it’s more likely to impact sellers than buyers, but that she wouldn’t necessarily call it a “slowdown.” Instead of seeing “15-20 offers, as a seller you may get two or three offers, which is still great,” she says.
