Chief Information Officer Teresa Duran Represents JLS at IT Leadership Conference

JLS Chief Information Office Teresa Duran was a panelist at an invitation-only IT leadership conference on March 23 with over 80 attendees called CIO Seattle. Teresa was one of three participants in the Women in Technology panel, and said it was a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry leaders and to promote how JLS is distinct from other companies with our hyper-local strategy and cutting edge marketing analytics.

“Our company is ahead of the curve with new and emerging technologies,” Teresa said.  “Many CIOs and companies are hesitant to implement emerging technologies due to risk aversion. Security will always remain top-of-mind for CIOs and this needs to be balanced with the need to be competitive and to foster continuous innovation and growth.”

In case you haven’t had the opportunity to meet Teresa, here’s a little more about where she and the team are focusing their talents and energy:

  1. Address foundational initiatives to improve stability, security, and accessibility of our systems
  2. Provide new features for our JLSNext product and mobile applications
  3. Evaluate and implement new emerging products for brokers
  4. Improve our broker care and field tech services levels

Thank you, Teresa, for being a thought leader internally and externally!
