The “What you Get” column in the New York Times compares three properties for the same price in three distinct locations, and Kimberly Shaeffer’s Shoreline listing was one of them! Kimberly’s listing was first in the line-up: check it out here. The article was live online starting Jan. 31 and appeared in the business section of the print edition of the NYT on Feb. 4.
“My dream to restore a Mid Century home and its history came true,” Kimberly said. “The home was on the market for a week and had multiple offers. Now, it’s onto the next project!” She said the property is slated to close this week. After 12+ years in the fashion industry, Kimberly transitioned to real estate and recently celebrated her two year anniversary as a broker. Kimberly is based in the John L. Scott Seattle Northeast office.
