Living Life as a Contribution™: Service Center Volunteers at Ronald McDonald House

Washington Service Center team members volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in the Seattle area on Tuesday Jan. 16. They prepared and served a meal to over 93 children and their caregivers! If you’re interested in volunteering, please ask your Office Leader about a volunteer opportunity in your local area. In 2017, John L. Scott Foundation volunteers served over 42 meals!

According to Dianna Finnerty, Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington and Alaska, the John L. Scott Foundation volunteers are invaluable. She said, “Thanks to the John L. Scott volunteer groups who come twice a month to provide wonderful homemade meals, the families staying here with seriously ill children have had their journeys made a bit easier.”

As you’ve heard Lennox say: “Transactional excellence is how we do business, but our higher purpose as a company is Living Life as a Contribution.™” Read more about the John L. Scott Foundation.
