Last week, reporter Eliot Njus of the Oregonian/Oregonlive.com interviewed Michelle Maida of our Portland Woodstock office about the Portland Metro real estate market.

“The competition is just fierce for houses right now,” said Michelle Maida, the managing broker at John L. Scott’s Southeast Woodstock office in Portland. “I don’t think we’re going to have a change in the market for a while. We’ve just got too many people moving to Portland and too few houses on the market.”
